I started Beneath the waves as one of my strangest commissions yet. A five year old girl asked me to make a dragon for her. Since I already had a design of a dragon from my sceneAndromeda and Ketos, I decided to create a continuation. There would be two versions of a new scene - one with just a dragon (for the girl commissioner) and a second - where the on top of this dragon sits a naked Andromeda (for my portfolio). This way I would have a personal piece for my followers on Sketchfab and at the same time I would fulfill the girl's wish. In the end I gave her the print and she was very happy with it!

In this episode - Ketos reluctantly agrees to carry the African princess on his back to safe shores of Erythraia. This night the Red Sea is stormy and so the dragon submerges to avoid facing Poseidon's wrath. Underwater world is illuminated by pink Jellyfish. Ketos feels happy in his element, same can not be said about Andromeda who is desperately dodging incoming jellyfishes. As they submerge - the dragon with his passenger breaks through the lonely boat drifting in the middle of the sea, splitting it in two and leaving a tail of debris behind.
