AlchemistWorkshop is now in ruins (due to a series of not so unexpected explosions). Red carpet on the cold stone tiles warms your feet and a stool with crimson pillow feels comfortable to sit on. In front of you is a desk with various arcane objects. Bookshelf, on top of which site a ruffled owl (looking at you suspiciously), is filled with parchments, old books and vials. The interior is illuminated with an arched window built in the remains of the bricked wall.

This is an asset pack that took me a surprisingly long time to finish. I remember visiting other peoples’ homes and sketching their old trinkets and treasures of lost times. The pack was initially inspired by the Arcane series (first season) and I believe it started as a commission for a video game and later turned into a little diorama. When I showed this 3D scene to an artist I met one day - she frowned and backed up a little - saying “What an awful place! I would never want to live in a place like that!”. I felt happy. Art is meant to provoke a little, no?
